As it turned out, the transport company, Molina & Son, was terrible at communication and told us a different arrival date every time I spoke with them. If it had not been for Scott at Ship a Car Direct this could have easily escalated into something quite ugly. The trucking company did not keep us informed and actually ended up giving us a total of five different arrival times. They had no concept of customer service. However, Scott and his team went out of their way to get us accurate information and was able to deal with the trucking company.
