After using two other companies that had very little communication and were 3 days late and 2 days late resulting in re booking flights, I was reluctant to ship my daughters car to her college again. Scott was very good at communicating and explaining the entire process as well as a possibility the driver may charge more for items packed in the car (daughters college stuff). Not only was the pick up day the actual day the car was delivered it was within an hour of what the driver initially thought he would arrive. My daughter's flight was delayed due to storms and he arranged to meet her uber from the airport with her car on her way home. He kept in contact by text which is very reassuring. This was a huge relief after our last two experiences. Would highly recommend.
