Over all experience was a 4Star...this was a long distance carry from California to Wisconsin. Here are the basic facts to know this was my Mother car- We had no ruch on the time line for delivery. Here are the order of events…
August 4th – Place the order sign (confirmation order comes with “information you need to know”)
August 7th Email - Status update on finding the transportation
August 10th – Email – They have found the driver – the brokerage fee is charged to my credit card
August 11th – Email with the pick-up date stating August 12th and the reminder the balance is due at delivery
August 12th – I email the company at noon because I have not heard from anyone about the actually time of pick-up. A bit of scrambling and get a call back and email stating the pickup date has changed to august 13th.
August 13th – Received a call for the driver Stanley – We text back and forth, I call him and offer to meet somewhere off the highway and so that he does not have to maneuver in the residential streets. We agree to a pick up spot and a time. Stanley checks out the car for any exterior issue (it is clean). He lets me take pictures and up load to the Ship Direct App while we are all there. We wait and watch him load the car on the truck. Stanley was great! – He understood that this was an apprehensive situation and that I had concerns…he assured me that everything would be OK.
August 15th- Stanley let me know he was still in California and that everything was good he was just picking up more cars. Even took a picture of the car on the truck and sent it to me.
August 19th – Stanley texted that he was in Wisconsin and 54 minutes away from the destination. The car was delivered in mint condition.
