This is my 3rd time using Ship-A-Car Direct. I'm a busy person, and I keep coming back for solid reasons. First, the company always takes my info, and starts coordinating with me immediately. They call back VERY quickly to establish contact and time frames. Second, I know they'll book me onto a carrier that's reliable. Never a problem with communication, setting expectations, pickup, or damage to the car. Third, their Representatives are always professional over the phone and responsive. I also like the Website - All the how-to videos and FAQ's cover the basics and then some. At the end of the day - Reliability and Precision. Will be coming back to them in the future, if I need to.
