We need our car shipped from Las Vegas to New York. After reading the reviews I decided on Ship a car direct.

The truck driver Alex was very professional. He carefully moved my car to the truck. The car was picked up on a Wednesday. Alex told us my car will arrive in New York on the following Tuesday. The car arrived on time without damages. I was very relived.

My Customer services rep was Gaby. She was OK. I couldn't get a hold of her for a couple of days after the car was picked up. Messages left on her voice mail were not returned. She was not responsive. But she did find me a good trucking company.

After the car was delivered, I received a follow up email and a call from the company to make sure everything went smoothly.
