Ship-A-Car direct was very helpful. How it works is, they take down your info and connect you with a separate service company who actually takes your car to its new destination. From the moment I got a quote, I was contacted by a rep at Ship-A-Car Direct, and she (Gaby) answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We exchanged a number of phone calls and emails just to make sure the car would be picked up and delivered around my suggested dates.
