I had never shipped a car before, so I was a little apprehensive about the whole process, but I chose Ship a Car Direct based on their positive ratings. I was especially nervous about the delivery date, as I knew I could not have my car arrive before I did but needed it as soon as possible once I got there. Scott was great about explaining the process and answering our questions, and the actual price was within $25 of the quote.
My driver was great and easy to communicate with, and since he was planning to arrive in Nashville before I would, he even offered to drop the car off and leave the keys with my housemates before I arrived (assuming more risk himself since he wouldn't get paid until after the fact). It made my move so much easier to have my car waiting for me at my doorstep upon my arrival! The car was in perfect shape - the only complaint is that there was a little dirt on the driver's side arm rest, but nothing that can't be cleaned.
Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company to ship your car!
