David at Ship A Car Direct was on top of things. He was straight forward and helpful in clearing up our questions and concerns. He was available and proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we were getting quality service from Unified Transport. Overall we are happy with the service and our car got to the destination sooner than our furniture and with no damage or issues which is more then I can say for the furniture.
