Car was not picked up until almost midnight on the day of pick-up, so that was frustrating and a reminder that shipping your car across the country is never fun. BUT that was totally made up for by the fact that the driver William met me at the airport with my car only 5 days later so I didn't have to rent a car at all, or get someone to pick me up at the airport, or pay a taxi. This was in spite of the estimated time of shipping being 6-10 days. The carrier was WM Express Inc. and I am definitely grateful for ship a car direct setting me up with them.
