I am very satisfied with their service. Their website is clear and professional. Matt replied my phone calls and emails promptly. The Cars were picked up on time, and arrived a little bit late, but still under our expectation. The two cars arrived quite dirty, but in very good condition. I will consider Ship a car direct next time when I need the service.
