I was really nervous about sending my car across the country. The smaller shipper that Ship-a-car-direct placed my car with, Rebel Yell out of Texas, was an excellent business to work with - the driver was so friendly, took the time to get to know me a bit and make me feel like my car was in good hands, stayed in touch throughout the process, and went out of his way to pick up and drop off the car where I was located rather than having me drive to a large parking lot somewhere else to meet him. If I can give their company specifically a rating, it'd be 5/5 stars - I'd recommend them to anyone and encourage Ship-a-car-direct to keep contracting with them in the future. Ship-a-car-direct was also easy to work with and kept in touch well. They had a really useful video online that explained their process which helped a lot (I've never shipped a car before and it can be a confusing process so I recommend learning how it works). I was glad to know that in my case, my car was with the same person the entire way (not switching at different locations or sitting on a lot somewhere). Overall it was a great experience.
