If you have any questions, make sure to check the website first- it is very informative. Matt was helpful when I called, and the online booking process is quite simple. The delivery carrier was two hours late but this was not a big deal. The two men who picked up the car were very nice. They took pictures of the car and put it on the truck (a 10 minute ordeal). They arrived in New York in 3 days- much quicker than expected! Overall a very good experience.
