My car was picked up almost a week after my last available pickup date. Luckily I had a friend in town who could hand the car off because we had already started out move. After we were assigned a carrier things happened very quickly and with no problems. My only complaint is the timing, although I wasn't in a huge rush for my car so it wasn't the end of the world. I would consider your dates carefully if you can't be as flexible. Everything else was smooth and fantastic. No damage and the carrier was efficient, communicated well, and was friendly.
