Scott was very good in communicating with me, I received almost daily emails from him informing the status of when to expect to hear from the assigned driver. I was worried because the pick up day was getting closer but Scott always put me at ease, finally 2 days prior to the pick up date, Scott called me to provide the driver name and phone number so, I contacted him to get a window of time he would come to pick up my car. He came 4-5 hours late but I am guessing California has a lot of traffic so it''s understandable. The driver said to expected to pick up my car in Texas either Thursday or Friday the following week, I figured it probably would not arrive until Friday so I stayed home that day but end up they did not arrive until Saturday afternoon.In summary I was ok with it because I was not pressing to have the car on time.
