I was very impressed with Ship a Car Direct's attentive service in securing cross-country transport for our 2 cars. It was a last-minute request, and Matt had a shipper for us within 12 hours and the cars were picked up within 48 hrs. The shipper picked up the cars late in the day and delivered them late at night (not ideal for visual assessment or for personal scheduling) but they traveled quickly and were in good condition on arrival. Also, the Ship a Car Direct app is a great tool for thoroughly documenting the condition of cars on pickup and arrival.
