My cars were shipped on a timely manner. Regular emails were recieved from Shipacardirect to provide information about my shipment. My vehicles were shipped quickly, one of the cars were damaged due to negligence by the driver. The carrier was apologetic and paid for the repairs. Make sure you or your agent checks your vehicle very carefully, take pictures (with time stamps) at pick up and delivery just in case your driver decided he can't see what you see.
