I have never used a shipping car company before. ShipaCar was very responsive with my communication requests, although not connected to the actual company that shipped it. I felt ShipaCar was disconnected from the corporation, and at times was unable to provide me with direct answers. I was given multiple numbers for different drivers, and ShipaCar was confusing in their confirmation of who was my actual driver. Car was in good shape however at the end destination. I appreciated the promptness of the drivers once I was able to contact them, though it was one day late. Car shipping companies seem to be hard to communicate with at times. However I found ShipaCar to be exactly what I needed.
