We received our vehicle as planned and in great condition. The exterior was dirty with bugs due to the open container, but that was understandable and expected. I was initially nervous that a carrier hadn't picked up our order on the day we originally requested, but we factored extra time for the vehicle transport so it all worked out fine in the end. On the day of delivery at our destination, the carrier couldn't confirm the time he would deliver it so we had to wait around for most of the day, but again, we anticipated that so it was fine. In a perfect world, it would have been great to be given a time window for delivery in advance. Not a big deal overall but rather wishful thinking.
