This was my first experience shipping a car, and it was pretty seamless. Scott answered all my questions, got in touch with me as he said he would once the company picked up my car, and was available when the company wasn't answering my calls. My car made it to Ann Arbor early! My only complaint was my mats had grease stains on them when the car returned, but I'm hoping the company will reimburse me for getting them steam cleaned.
If you're looking for an easy, reliable way to ship your car- I'd recommend them!
