Both broker and carrier were honest and responsive. I had read many poor reviews regarding auto transporters and was seriously considering having my car driven by my father in law to my destination. This would have left me with a 32 hour drive pulling a camper on my own. I came across Ship a car direct and my concerns were immediately calmed by Scott. He promptly returned phone calls and answered my numerous questions
