This was my first time shipping a car and Matt, my assigned rep, made the whole process extremely stress-free. There was constant communication explaining the process and prompt responses to all the emails I sent. The car was picked up and dropped off on time but there was a minor communication issue between the company that picked up my car and the one that delivered it. However, Ship a Car Direct helped me deal with everything and got my car to me in its original condition, hassle-free. Lastly, there was constant contact between Ship a Car and myself even after delivery to ensure I was satisfied. If I ever have to go through the process again, Ship a Car will be my go-to company.
