My 17 year old step daughter was moving from Mississippi to live with my family in Indiana. I coordinated the move on her behalf with Ship a car direct. The communication and instructional videos helped me coordinate the move with my step daughter over via computer and telephone. We both felt comfortable with the process and the communication was outstanding the whole way through. Thank you Bruce for making my step daughter feel at ease with this process. The driver was also kind and communicated with us very well. Overall it was a better than expected experience and I would recommend your services to anyone I know in the future.
