The representative, Stefan, was very knowledgeable and courteous in regards to the shipping process. He answered all of my questions that were presented. When Stefan was unavailable to communicate, I was able to speak with other representatives who assisted in the overall process. The shipping company selected did a solid job with the vehicle transport. The driver was very nice during the process. The only negative part of the experience was minor damage to my vehicle upon delivery. However, I was able to contact Ship-A-Car Direct to assist me in the claims process.
