t baalThe transport service stated that the car would be picked up on Wednesday and it was not picked up until Saturday. After we were informed that the car was picked up the transport company would not answer the phone. We asked that the car be delivered by our anniversary Monday 7/25/16 and the car was not delivered until 7/28/16. The driver spoke no English which made it impossible to communicate with them. They SUCK!!

We are sorry to hear about the lack of communication and delays in your shipment. Unfortunately in the transport industry delays do happen and this is why we can not guarantee dates. It is always best to have a back up plan when shipping. We will address these issues with the carrier in order to improve our service. Thank you!
