Matt with Ship A Car Direct was very helpful and knowledgeable during our first transport experience! Matt was also very accessible during the process, promptly returning phone calls and emails with any questions or concerns.
The actual auto carrier driver was very courteous and professional, keeping us up to date for specific times for pick up and delivery.
