I needed to move quickly from NY to TX, in July. When arranging for the move, Ship A Car's contact was very honest in telling me that the exact date may vary. The contact also truthfully informed me that moving in July was very difficult, and warned me of further delays. The pick-up date was later than I originally wished. However, the contact was happy to discuss in detail about my needs, and I was able to modify my plans to work to my schedule.
The carrier that Ship a Car chose for me picked up my car on time, and actually delivered early. This required a change in plans for me, but the carrier was also very courteous and willing to discuss with me to make things work out. I had no problems with the condition of the car after it arrived.
