Eric at Ship-A-Car-Direct was helpful in the process. He updated me by email on new developments as we approached the ship date.Driver was courteous, and they seemed pretty professional. They picked the car up on Thursday at 4:00 pm and delivered it in Seatlle on Monday afternoon. Pretty quick trip. So process went well.
