I am not a fan of working with shippers, however we learned close to the time we needed to move that we'd need to ship our car. Being wary of shippers in general, if looked to the BBB for guidance and found Ship-a-Car Direct. Ship-a-Car Direct was so easy to work with. They were fast to provide a quote and to find a reputable shipper. We needed last minute help, and they were able to provide us with expedient service. They did all the hard work of finding a trust worthy shipper. Eric was our point of contact the whole time and he was so kind and on point! Our vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. The car was dirty on the outside, but we were totally expecting that because of all the storms in Texas. As far as we can tell, the car is in the same condition as it was when it was picked up. If we ever have to ship a car again, we will contact Ship-a-Car Direct!
