I felt very comfortable with Ship a Car Direct. They answered all of our questions from the very beginning and their online videos were very helpful. I scheduled a week before my estimated pickup date, but because it was a holiday weekend, not many carriers responding back to us. I was getting worried, but Angela my service rep reassured us that our car will get there within our timeframe but a few days later. We were ok with that! The day after the holiday, we got a call from a carrier saying to be ready within 30mins for pickup. We were super happy to get this call but we were not home, out to breakfast! We rushed home, thank goodness we were not too far. One thing that I would change is to have a little bit more notice on picking up our car, then feeling rushed! Our driver was professional, courteous, beautiful truck and they kept in touch with us. The car actually got there quickly and close to our original timeframe date and in perfect condition! Overall, I would highly recommend this company "Ship a Car Direct" to anyone!
