Over the years, this is the fourth car that I have shipped across the states – and BY FAR, this has been my BEST experience!

From the very beginning, my experience was positive. Lisa did a fantastic job connecting us with a carrier with no delay - much faster than I expected! She remained in regular contract with me from beginning to end and established a level of customer trust that is admirable (especially coming from a line of work - auto transport - that is drenched in horrifying stories and bad experiences from an onslaught of carrier reviews via the web)! She was very knowable and was able to answer all our questions (and ease all our worries).

The driver - Miguel - was very courteous, professional, and timely. He did a great job communicating with me (picking-up side in Virginia) via phone and text as well as communicating with my son (receiving side in California). He made sure to reach out to my son the day prior and the day of to coordinate receiving the vehicle. Although Miguel couldn’t pick-up/deliver at our front door (understandably, too many tight corners at both locations), he did a great job finding large parking lots nearby that were close to our location. He even took the extra care to load the car behind the cabin to offer it extra protection (as every little scratch shows up on a black car!). Very impressed that he showed such regard! Best yet, the vehicle arrived on time and damage-free.

The cost was a little higher than other companies but the quality of service was proven to be much higher than the competition and well worth the extra! This is a company that I will definitely contact on my next move!
