I needed to ship my car during one of the most busy times of the year, and therefore Ship A Car Direct had difficulty matching me with a carrier by my requested ship date. While I was disappointed with the late pick up, Ship A Car Direct worked closely with me to rectify the situation in a way that worked for both of us and matched me with a carrier who did a great job handling my car and communicating with me through out the entire process. Overall I am very pleased with the results and received my car in the same condition I left it in.
