Overall, great experience- however, there were a couple points of improvement. First, the car was picked up a couples days sooner than desired. I didn't feel like I could decline pick up because I risked not having a back-up option. Second, when I called to make a reservation, which I believe was 5-6 weeks before the surrender date, I received a lower quote- however, I was informed to call a couple weeks later, but when I did that, the quote increased. It wasn't a substantial amount ( $50-100), but that was a little frustrating.

The driver was cordial and knowledgeable of directions commuting across country, which was helpful for our trip. The car arrived in its original condition and the driver maintained good communication with me and the receiving individual.
