Great customer service. Scott was very responsive and honest in his communications with me. Finding a carrier for picking up my car in NYC proved to be a bit challenging given the time of year and the short notice that I placed the order. Though the vehicle pickup happened a little later than I had hoped (again, that was more my fault given my last minute order than the company's), eventually the pickup and delivery came through. Overall, I would use this company again.
