I have heard horror stories about car shipment and read the reviews here to get a shortlist of reputable movers. Ship-a-direct was the first vendor to contact me and the agent Scott was prompt in replying to my questions. I had contacted them 10 days before I needed to move my car and had a small pickup and delivery window. Ship-a-direct was able to find a mover that would pickup on the exact day I wanted and delivered on or after a specific date. The ship-a-direct website was very informative and the quoted rate was competitive and included insurance, so that was a big relief.
The vehicle arrived without any damage, nothing stolen or anything. The trucker did not ask for extra money and did not play any dirty tricks like asking more money to deliver on time. I will ship again with ship-a-direct without any hesitation.
