Overall an ok experience but again as moving goes this can't be an out of the world experience. The problem was more on lack of clarity of the date of pick up as we wanted a pick up over 2-3 day time frame. We had to follow up ourselves to make sure things moved. Once the pickup was made the delivery was made on time.
