I had a wonderful experience with Ship a Car Direct. The rep, Scott, was very helpful and nice. The only downfall was the pick-up date due to carriers being unavailable. We gave a 5-day window for our car to be picked up, but it was not picked up during this window so we received our car later than we had hoped.
