The actual shipping went well - no issues. Some road grime but otherwise it was good. Communication was a big issue. I had to change addresses due to the fact they could not pick up my car as scheduled before I flew out. I also had to change addresses on the delivery because it was late also. I contacted them via email on address change. It was received but never relayed. Poor communication all around. It was very difficult to find out what was going on.
