Great Service: On Time Delivery & Professional Associates!

I have used SACD twice this year and have been very satisfied with the overall service. The associates are professional and courteous, and the follow up was very good. I also had the same experience with the drivers. I dealt with Bill the driver twice and he was always professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Matt, SACD associate, helped me both times that I used the service and he is very professional and he always kept me in informed. The only drawback for me is that I wished the cost was a bit lower.

NOTE: I ALWAYS complete surveys when given the opportunity. The incentive this company is offering me would not have changed my course to complete a survey -given the opportunity. I am in the service industry and believe highly on customer feedback that helps companies improve the service experience.
