I am travelling outside US soon, and need my car be shipped before I leave. The situation is kind of urgent. I told agent the situation, and they quickly set up the procedure for me, and the 2nd day my car is shipped, without increasing extra charge. The driver carefully record the car condition, he looks very professional. Today my car is delivered only 4 days after the shipment, and nothing is broken. I am satisfied overall about the experience.
