I initially informed the shipper what my delivery date should be at my destination. They accepted at the beginning and once I confirmed my shipper that they are the only ones working on my order then they started complaining that it's a long weekend and stuff like that. I was betrayed by the rating given to ship-a-direct. Not worth your time. Better look for other transport agency.
