When I submitted my request through shipacardirect.com to ship our Mercedes-Benz ML350, I didn't know exactly what to expect since I hadn't shipped a car cross-country before but Stefan was great answering all my questions. I appreciated his level of honesty and transparency around the entire process. A carrier, Haul Safe, was confirmed within a short period of time after our target date and Rod, the owner and operator, called me within minutes of confirmation to set up a convenient pick-up time which was on the confirmed date. Rod arrived on the confirmed date within the time window in his impressive car carrier, he explained the loading process, did a small amount of paperwork, we walked around the vehicle to note any prior damage (there was none), and I signed off. We then watched him load our vehicle and was on his way shortly thereafter. He kept in touch via text and phone along his journey providing updates on ETA. Since we sent our vehicle ahead of our move, we arranged to have it delivered to a friend's house. When it arrived it was in the same condition, no damage, just dirty from road grime but nothing a car wash didn't fix. It was a great experience beginning to end and I highly recommend using ShipACarDirect as a car hauling broker.
