The service was really great. the driver picked up the car on Monday Night at NJ and delivered the car on Wednesday early morning at IL. The driver was so kind enough and he agreed to drop the car at the location of my convenience. The booking process was straight forward, as soon as i confirmed the booking they assigned the carrier within couple of days and payment option was easy. I give 4 for Time/Promptness as timing of pick up is odd but its okay when you get your car at new location within a day. Price was nominal when compared to other quotes that i got earlier. Overall really satisfied with the service.
