Good price, delayed pick up

Ship a Car Direct

I submitted request 3 weeks ahead of my pick up time. Agent from ship a car direct told me the time window for pick is 4 to 5 days. I am ok with that.
However, no carrier contacted me during that period, I have to pay $150 more to get my car shipped with a 5 days delay.
Overall price is not expensive.
