The review was done to get a $30 rebate they offer. I used a credit card that was closed before the car was received at destination. I told my contact at Ship a Car Direct that I would like to change my credit card because it was not going to be valid by the time of the rebate. He assured me that rebate could be credited to any credit card or a check could be sent. BUT after I submitted my review, I got a call from Maricel that changing the credit card is not possible and that they ALREADY credited the $30 to my card, this is a card that is obsolete three weeks before she says she credited the account. I explained to her that this card/account does NOT exist anymore, and she told me to just monitor it anyways for the rebate!!! This was a terrible ending to an otherwise good experience. Needless to day: I WILL NOT SEND MY CAR BACK TO CALI WITH THEM. Original review was: (Very smooth, polite and helpful both Stefan and Julie and the drivers I met from the carrier. Would use them again on the way back if I decide to ship my car. The car arrived earlier than I expect but not too early, so I was happy about that. )
