Once we got a carrier everything was fine. It just took too long to get someone to pick up our car (about 2 weeks). The worst part was the lack of communication on part of shipacardirect. They did not call with follow up as promised. Ultimately they had to decrease their deposit charge and raise the quote to get a carrier. So I appreciate their effort to keep my cost down. It just could have been handled a little more professionally, but happy in the end. Would use again.
