This price on this review reflects shipping a Prius but we were actually coordinating shipping 2 cars together. I didn't know the carriers don't even look at the requests to ship until the day before the "earliest pick up date" you state. We were moving and had a very tight schedule. Through a lot of communication we initiated, we found out this process and had to push our agents to get our cars accepted by a carrier. By the earliest pick up date we stated, we still didn't have a carrier and we were leaving in 3 days. It was very nerve wracking. Bruce finally said we can up the price to make it more attractive and he would absorb half the increase. We got a carrier that day who picked up the next day and was able to change his route to deliver on the specific day we arrived 6 days later. Everything worked out well but I wish the agents at Ship A Car Direct had been more clear up front instead of having us wait and wonder until the very last day to do something. We submitted the request a little over 2 weeks before the desired pick up date. Would use them again now that I know the process but would suggest anyone trying to ship a car for the first time to ask the agent the exact process at the beginning.
