Angela and Ship-a-Car-Direct were terrific - I'd recommend them to anyone. I'd heard such nightmares about shipping a car cross country, but experienced none of that. It took longer to find a carrier than I'd expected (4 weeks vs the 2 I'd expected) but they communicated throughout the process and even shifted a bit of their payment to the driver to help secure a carrier faster. The driver, Igor from GSI Carriers, was great. I ended up being on a scheduled vacation when the car was delivered, and so had to arrange for a friend to get the car. Igor was very flexible and agreed to deliver the car to a different city with no extra charge. A totally positive experience all around!
