Bruce with Ship-A-Car Direct was great! He made the stressful experience of finding a carrier so much easier. He went out of his way to assure me that we would get my vehicle picked up on time and I'm so grateful for that. My car made it safely, as well as the belongings I had in the trunk. The vehicle was in good condition. It was stressful at first to find the right carrier (money talks they told me), but overall, it was a good experience and I would use this company again. I trust them! :)
