Bruce was VERY patient as I worked with a family member to establish a date for pickup of my vehicle. While I was ready to give up in frustration he remained calm and made me laugh at the situation. Without him I probably would have given up!

I assume all Ship A Car Direct personnel are as helpful as Bruce because I read the reviews before I decided to contact them.
