Answered all of my questions very promptly. Worked with my schedule I was suppose to fly into Texas on the 1st and all of my flights ended up being delayed and cancelled to the point that I did not arrive in Texas until the 2nd at 10pm. They kept in touch the entire time and were able to meet me near the airport.
